Based in East London, Theo manages the production of both the films and project we undertake. He brings in over 3 years experience working in the agri-business world and is currently completing an MSc in Env. Management at SOAS as well as producing films with the likes of Deadbeat Films and The Herd Represented.

Co-FOunder & Documentary FILMMAker
Matilda is an International documentary filmmaker and photographer, based in Bristol. Over the past few years, she has worked on a variety of science formatted and current affair documentaries for The BBC, Channel 4 and The Discovery Channel, as well as NGOs, charities and governments. She specialises in a range of skills; pitching and scripting, multimedia storytelling, research, filming and editing. She loves to tell human stories, through character driven documentaries, multimedia and photo stories.

bRand Manager & freelance graphic/art designer
Since completing her degree in French & International Relations and further studies in Graphic Design Rafi has gained extensive experience in the creative sector. From art direction to project management and brand development, she has worked with a range of clients including Google, Johnson & Johnson and the National Trust.
Community & Stakeholder engagement
Amalia graduated from scenography and costume design studies in 2007. Soon after finishing she started directing community based projects. She worked with socially engaged street theatre in São Paulo, Brazil before joining a neighbourhood sewing workshop in Lisbon, Portugal, where she developed many projects engaging the local community. In 2013 she co-created a temporary architecture cultural centre in Cova do Vapor - 'Casa do Vapor'. She continues to coordinate many artistic and environmental projects locally, pursuing to nurture the place she has chosen to call home.

Since completing his BA in Modern Languages and Cultures from Durham University, Yousef has dedicated the past three years in Kuwait to the management of his family's accountancy firm and its footwear retail business, in addition in pursuing his membership to the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACA). He will soon take up a role at McKinsey & Company but remain in an advisory position with Duna Films.
